In exchange for We-R-Games.net providing the We-R-Games.net, you agree to provide We-R-Games.net with accurate and complete information it may request, from time to time, through questionnaires, surveys and registration forms. You expressly permit and authorize We-R-Games.net (and such third parties as may be authorized by We-R-Games.net, subject to the Privacy Policy) to furnish you, electronically when you use the We-R-Games.net or by any other means selected by We-R-Games.net, information prepared by We-R-Games.net or by (or on behalf of) other entities, including advertising information and solicitations. Billing

You will be notified of any applicable fees prior to incurring liability for such fees and, by providing your telephone number and/or billing information, you agree that you are liable for payment of such fees. You agree that all such fees may be automatically applied to your local telephone bill and that you have the authority to authorize such billing. You hereby authorize We-R-Games.net (or its partners and/or agents) to charge to the telephone number you provided to We-R-Games.net all such fees on a recurring or automatic basis. You acknowledge and agree that We-R-Games.net will not obtain any additional authorization from you for this recurring payment. Every time you use We-R-Games.net, you re-affirm that We-R-Games.net is authorized to charge your telephone number and to have fees applied to your local telephone billing system. If you have any billing-related questions or want to stop a recurring payment from being charged to your local telephone bill account, call our billing support number (877) 385-6470. We-R-Games.net reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at any time and We-R-Games.net will provide notice of any such changes in the same manner as described above for changes in the Rules and/or scope of We-R-Games.net. If you do not like these changes, you may stop using the We-R-Games.net at any time and you are responsible for timely payment of charges you have incurred (including any applicable late fees). In the event you have prepaid for an extended period of time and we either terminate your We-R-Games.net or we make a material change to the We-R-Games.net that adversely impacts you and elect to terminate the We-R-Games.net, as your sole and exclusive remedy you will be entitled to a refund for amounts prepaid to cover future periods from the date of termination. The amount prepaid will be based on the average monthly cost over the service period. If you pay for our services on a monthly basis, you may be entitled to a refund if you elect to terminate your account.

We-R-Games.net Service's authorization to provide and bill its services is obtained by way of your electronic signature or other means via physical signature and/or voice affirmation. Once an electronic signature is submitted, this electronic order constitutes an electronic letter of agency authorized by your electronic signature in accordance with the specific terms and conditions. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE ACCESS TELEPHONE NUMBERS YOU USE TO ACCESS THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE BY YOUR TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER. BY ACCEPTING THE ACCESS NUMBERS DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS OR USING ACCESS NUMBERS YOU MAY OTHERWISE SELECT, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TELEPHONE CHARGES RELATED TO ACCESSING OUR SERVICES.

Minors

You may not obtain an account for We-R-Games.net's Services unless you are at least 18 years old. Registration Information

THE FOREGOING INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF We-R-Games PROVIDED TO YOU.

Some jurisdictions do not allow a limitation on liability for negligence that causes death or personal injury and, in such jurisdictions, We-R-Games.net's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

6. Policy to Terminate Use of Services for Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512 as amended by Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, We-R-Games.net will terminate the account of any subscriber who uses his or her account privileges to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, valid defense or fair use privilege to do so. After proper notification by the copyright holder or its agent to We-R-Games.net and later confirmation through court order or an admission by the subscriber that an account has been an instrument of unlawful infringement, We-R-Games.net will terminate the infringing subscriber's account. 7. Software License

By downloading or using the Software, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the foregoing limitations on your right to export or re-export the Software, and are also representing and warranting that you are neither on any applicable government's lists of export precluded parties nor otherwise ineligible to receive software containing cryptography that is subject to any applicable export controls.

You acknowledge and agree that (i) you are not acquiring the license granted hereunder on behalf of a government agency and (ii) the license granted hereunder is not being acquired pursuant to a government contract.

You acknowledge that We-R-Games.net and its suppliers retain all title, rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) and interest in the Software, except as expressly licensed in this Agreement. All rights in the content, information and materials accessed through use of the Software are the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected under intellectual property and other applicable laws. You agree that We-R-Games.net's suppliers are direct and intended third party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

8. Privacy Software License

We-R-Games MAY LICENSE PRIVACY SOFTWARE YOU MAY CHOOSE TO DOWNLOAD THROUGH THE We-R-Games ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE.

LICENSE AND WARRANTY

The software which accompanies this license, hereinafter referred to as "the software," is the property of We-R-Games.net or its licensers and is protected by copyright law.
