How to Sign Up?
If you wish to become a member of We-R-Games, or you are already a member and need to speak to a customer service representative, please call us toll-free at: (877) 385-6470.

How to Change Your Password?
You can change your password at any time. Log into your We-R-Games account, select "Change Password", enter the new password you want into the "Change Password" field, and again in the "Confirm Password" field. Click the "Submit" button to save your new password.

What if I Forget My Password?
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link that is displayed in the log in field on the We-R-Games "Home" page. A new temporary password will be sent to the email you provided during the sign up process.

What are the tokens for?
Tokens allow you to play premium games and enter tournaments. They are also used to download games to your computer.

How do I get tokens?
Your account will be credited each month with tokens.

Do My Tokens Expire?
No . If you have a monthly subscription package, your tokens will accumulate.

Where Can I See How Many Tokens I Have in My Account?
Once you log into We-R-Games, tokens can be viewed in the "My Account" screen, or from the "Games" screen. On the "Games" screen the number of available tokens is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen, or you can click on "My Token" on the right menu bar.

What Happens to My Tokens If I Cancel My Account?
Once you cancel your account, you will not longer be able to access We-R-Games-Games; and your tokens will be deleted.

Billing

Does my phone company know you are doing this?
Yes. We-R-Games works very closely with over 1300 phone companies across the country to first qualify each online service and then to gain phone company approval for the billing and collection of digital products and services made available to you for purchase.

What will show up on my telephone bill?
Your game subscription will appear on the PaymentOne bill page of your local phone bill, billed on behalf of We-R-Games, Inc, as We-R-Games Games Monthly Service Charge.

When Do I Get Billed Each Month?
We-R-Games uses "anniversary date" billing; which means you will be billed once a month on the day on the month in which you originally sign up and became an We-R-Games customer. For example, if you originally signed up for service on the 4th of March, you will be billed each month on 4th.
